Skinny Fiber Review
Skinny Fiber Facts

Manufactured by Skinny Body Care, USA
Bottles contain 120 capsules or one month’s supply
Main ingredient is Glucomannan

Skinny Fiber contains natural ingredients all delivered with large helping of psychobabble that attempts to explain your failure to lose weight in the past. Apparently it all comes down to toxins and a weak immune system caused by eating too much of the wrong food. This function is never fully explained by the advertising.

This diet pill contains key ingredients that are high in fiber and have an appetite suppressing effect by filling your stomach so you do not suffer hunger pangs while you lose weight.

Skinny Fiber is an American diet pill manufactured by Skinny Body Care in the US who are owned by Iconz Global Network, LLC. and is advertised as being the answer to weight loss. Unlike many other supplements on the market this is not a fat burner but an appetite suppressant so will suit consumers who do not like the effects of caffeine. Be warned though, this diet pill does contain stimulant cha de bugre but this is not the principle ingredient. The way that this pill works for weight loss is by filling your stomach thus minimizing the effects of hunger. According to the advertising, the ingredients are also rich in enzymes and will help regulate your hormones and reduce the feelings of hunger in your brain.

I am concerned about the lack of health information too.

The major problem with this ingredient is that it has not yet been tested for safety and long-term use. Although there is some clinical support for potential health benefits, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not approved any product containing Glucomannan for the treatment of medical conditions.

Another ingredient : A big problem with Cha de bugre is that in its native form, this ingredient may be beneficial but the Brazilian government has controlled export. This means it is unlikely that you will find genuine cha de bugre in uncontrolled third party supplements such as Skinny Fiber.

Cha de Bugre. Cha de Bugre is a plant that contains caffeine. The caffeine levels are lower than other stimulant herbs, but the stimulating effects may be stronger than standard caffeine.

The ingredients contained in Skinny Fiber have not undergone enough clinical evaluation to prove efficacy or safety. The FDA has not approved Glucomannan as a treatment for medical obesity and there are concerns about a potential health risk with regards the side effect of choking.

Caralluma Fimbriata is a cactus extract that reduces appetite. Sounds a lot like the Hoodia cactus, right? The supplement company claims Caralluma Fimbriata will stop hunger and block the formation of fat, but they don’t bother to back up these claims with clinical research. There are clinical studies supporting the antiobesogenic effects of the ingredient, but only on the rat population. Human studies are not available.

I took skinny  fiber to my doctor. He says that for temporary weight lose might be worth a try. But for long term.. it is not a solution to your over all weight lose and health. Are you going to use it forever? No..

Any Skinny Fiber Reviews From Customers?

There are some customer reviews about Skinny Fiber. A few people have reported side effects and many have not lost any weight,

One customer reported;

I take the pills every day 30 minutes before every meal. However, they do not seem to work. No weight loss.

Others have reported;

No I didn’t want to eat, but I didn’t lose not 1 pound…. (and I worked out and changed my everyday workout) I haven’t been so active til now trying hard to lose weight!!!! It upsets me that I couldn’t lose not 1 pound

GARBAGE!!! Does not fill me up, in the least bit. The water I drink to swallow them, does, but not these pills!! I wasted my money! Please save yourself from ordering this junk.

It may help you a bit. You could use these pills in an attempt to fill your stomach with fiber to resist the urge to over eat.

Alternatively, you could simply include more fiber into your diet and that way you could save money and avoid potential side effects. Some consumers have found that although their appetite has been decreased they still have not lost much weight.

Skinny Fiber, sold by Skinny Body Care, is a fiber supplement that expands in the stomach to reduce hunger. According to the supplement description, the fiber expands 50 times its normal size. In addition to reducing hunger, the supplement will boost metabolism and suppress the formation of fat. This sounds like a super supplement, but chances are the ingredient list will not support these extraordinary claims.

List of Ingredients

 Glucomannan, Caralluma Fimbriata and Cha de Bugre.

The three ingredients in the supplement are commonly used in other weight loss supplements sold over the counter.

Price:

The terms and conditions of the website list the price as $59.95 per bottle. Steep price.. for a bottle of fiber according my my doctor.  Lastly and most importantly, ALL clinical research showing significant weight loss is based on 3000mg per day. This supplement contains just over 2000mg in the recommended serving per day.

I think the question to ask yourself is, did this product teach you how to eat.. what to eat?  What happens when you stop taking it? Will you take it forever?

Even still when compared to other cheaper alternatives on the market in our opinion this supplement doesn’t quite make the grade.
